Sugraasa runs a diet-planning service: a consultation, a diet plan made for you, and regular monitoring. This page explains what the Sugraasa app and portal keep about you and why.
What we keep
- Your name, email address and phone number, so we can sign you in and reach you.
- Health details you or your dietitian record: height, weight, conditions, allergies, medications, check-ins and lab reports.
- What you log in the app: meals ticked, water, check-ins, chat messages, photos and voice notes you send.
- Your subscription and payment records. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment provider, Razorpay, and never reach us.
- A notification token for your phone, so we can tell you when your dietitian changes something.
How we use it
Only to plan your diet, monitor your progress, run consultations, bill your subscription and answer your messages. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and the app has no third-party trackers.
Who can see it
Your dietitian and the Sugraasa staff who look after you. Files are stored privately on our server and are opened only by you and that staff.
Reminders
Meal, water and check-in reminders are scheduled on your phone and work without the internet. Your reminder settings stay on your phone.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your records while you are a client, and as long as the law requires for invoices. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; see how to delete your account.
