Delete your account

You can ask Sugraasa to delete your account and the data that goes with it.

From the app

1. Open the Sugraasa app and sign in.
2. Go to Me, then Settings, then Delete my account.
3. Confirm. The team will close your account and tell you when it is done.

Without the app

Contact the team, and ask us to delete your account.

What is deleted

Your profile, health details, plans, check-ins, logs, chat messages and files. Invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires, and then deleted.
